Latest rotation state per tracked platform secret, from the secret_rotation_status view.Reads the rotation audit view on the platform database (rumio migration 127). Metadata only — no secret values are read or stored. This complements the daily secret-rotation-check that opens a GitHub issue for overdue secrets.
